Tumis bumbu halus, tambahkan daun jeruk, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan kecap manis, air asam dan madu, masak sampai menidih. Supaya tidak benar-benar "makan hati" saya berikan resep praktis. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Padahal sebenarnya tak perlu panik,mencari bahan dan cara membuatnya mudah saja..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan&lt;br /&gt;600gr hati sapi, potong dadu kecil-kecil&lt;br /&gt;10 butir bawang merah, iris tipis-tipis&lt;br /&gt;2 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;2cm lengkuas&lt;br /&gt;1 batang serai, ambil bagian yang putih, memarkan&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm air asam jawa&lt;br /&gt;--yang ini, boleh ditambahkan, boleh tidak.. ehmm.. saya memilih tidak hehehe..&lt;br /&gt;3 buah cabai merah besar, iris serong tipis, goreng kering&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu halus&lt;br /&gt;2 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;4 buah cabe merah besar&lt;br /&gt;1 buah tomat merah&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm gula merah&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt terasi bakar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat&lt;br /&gt;1. Goreng potongan hati (jangan sampai gosong, karena nanti rasanya pahit), angkat, tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang merah irisan tadi setelah itu masukkan bumbu halus, aduk sampai harum. Tambahkan daun salam, lengkuas, serai dan air asam jawa. Aduk sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan hati sapi goreng tadi,aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan (sesuai selera) petai dan cabe merah goreng. Nggak enaknya, begitu satu pancake jadi, sudah ditodong (diambil anak pertama untuk dimakan). Kedua jadi, di bawa si anak kedua dan seterusnya.. Goreng dengan sedikit minyak kocokan telur (2 butir telur + oregano + merica hitam + irisan daun bawang -tipis-tipis ya!) lalu sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bumbu halus (8 butir bawang merah + 6 siung bawang putih + garam .. oya, boleh tambah cabe merah mesar kalau mau pedas)  campur dengan nasi putih (pastikan nasi tidak terlalu lembek dan tidak panas). Kalau saya, kecilkan dulu apinya lalu aduk dengan cepat nasi dan tumisan bawang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Setelah tercampur rata, masukkan telur oregano tadi, saus inggris (orang bilang worchestere) dan kecap manis. Terakhir, sebelum mematikan api, tambahkan tomat yang udah dipotong dadu kecil-kecil, aduk sekali lagi, matikan api.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;udah deh... (supaya agak mahal kelihatannya dan menambah selera pastinya, siapkan juga garnish -misal: timun di potong tipis-tipis)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;NB: &lt;br /&gt;1.Untuk lebih memper-kaya isi nasi goreng, bisa ditambahkan ayam goreng suwir atau sosis atau bisa juga taburin aja abon sapi. &lt;br /&gt;2. Terinspirasi dari sebuah restaurant terkenal di Bali, disamping saus tomat (tidak direkomendasikan untuk dihidangkan, terutama pada anak-anak) tambahkan aja bumbu kacang (bumbu gado-gado siap saji di supermarket bisa jadi pilihan).&lt;br /&gt;3. Add tuna, curry powder, pepper and salt, mix well. Finally add in mashed potatoes and blend well.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;3) Let mixture cool slightly and shape into patties. Rebus butter, air dan garam sambil mendidih&lt;br /&gt;b. Masukkan tepung kedalam kom mixer, masukkan bahan campuran butter panas-panas lalu dimixer dengan kecepatan sedang sampai hangat, masukin campuran butternya sambil dikucurin gitu ya, jangan langsung dituangin sekaligus&lt;br /&gt;c. Masukkan vanilla&lt;br /&gt;d. Masukkan telur satu persatu&lt;br /&gt;e. Campur gula pasir dan baking powder sampai rata, lalu masukkan kedalam adonan, kocok sampai cukup rata&lt;br /&gt;f.
